The terms and conditions regulate the contractual relationship between you as organizer and Seeblick Höhenhotel.
A contract is concluded between the organiser and the Seeblick Höhenhotel when the provisional reservation confirmation of the hotel has been signed and returned by the organiser and the general terms and conditions have been accepted.
The definitive number of participants must be announced 14 days before the event.
Deviations of more than 5 % of the number of participants confirmed up to 24 hours before the start of the event will be charged at 100 %. This applies to booked hotel rooms, ordered menus as well as packages.
If the definitively booked event is cancelled or reduced, a written notification is required. The following costs will be charged:
Cancellation 90 to 61 days before the event: 25 % of the booked services
Cancellation 60 to 31 days before the event: 50 % of the booked services
Cancellation 30 to 0 days before the event: 100 % of the booked services
Check-In is possible from 3 p.m., Check-Out until 11 a.m.
The Seeblick Höhenhotel reserves the right to request a deposit. For organizers without a Swiss address, a deposit or credit card guarantee is required.
The invoice amount is due for payment without any deduction within ten days of invoicing. The Seeblick Höhenhotel assumes that the organiser will receive a total invoice. If the organiser wishes a special form of invoicing or a certain division of the invoice, this must be announced before the event. Also in these cases the organizer remains responsible for any unpaid invoices.
The seminar and group rooms will be furnished according to the wishes of the organizer. The hotel may be informed of any changes to the furnishings up to 48 hours before the start of the event. The plenum will be available at the earliest 1 hour before the start of your event.
In the package arrangements, the menus are determined by the Seeblick Höhenhotel.
Gifts or documentation for distribution to hotel rooms must be handed in at the reception desk. If the gifts are provided by 11 a.m. on the day of arrival of the participants, they will be distributed to the rooms free of charge. The Seeblick Höhenhotel charges CHF 3 per room for gifts distributed in the rooms outside this time.
The organizer is liable to the hotel for damage to the equipment or inventory and for losses caused by the organizer or participant. In order to prevent damage, the installation of decorative materials and other objects must always be coordinated with the hotel. In any case, the organizer must ensure that the material meets fire police requirements.
Only Swiss law shall apply to reservation agreements, including general provisions and any additional agreements, as well as to contracts concluded on the basis thereof. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these terms and conditions is Stans.
Prices are subject to change at any time. Changes to these general terms and conditions must be made in writing.
