Suckling pig dinner with a view of the lake
Enjoy an unforgettable evening high above Lake Lucerne with a crispy, juicy suckling pig grilled on our terrace.
Our suckling pig comes from regional farmers and is prepared with lots of love by the village butcher. We pay attention to sustainability - from the head to the foot, everything is used, nothing ends up unused in the waste. Whether tender meat, crispy rind or traditional side dishes - here the whole animal comes into its own.
Herb potatoes, breaded herb polenta balls and spaetzli, sauerkraut, creamed savoy cabbage and hearty bacon beans are served as side dishes.
The live music by the band Hürlimann + Ferguson, who will delight guests with classic rock songs and instrumentals from the 60s and 70s, will ensure a lively atmosphere.
