Wintersafari
You can also experience a lot with the "Big Five" in winter. With the round trip ticket from Emmetten you can discover the "Big Five": aerial cableway, gondola lift, post bus, funicular and boat.
Our safari suggestion: from Emmetten by post bus to Seelisberg, where the funicular takes you to Treib. The boat takes you comfortably on to Beckenried. From the lake, the cable car takes you up to Klewenalp, from where you can snowshoe or sledge to the Stockhütte (approx. 90 minutes). From there you gondola down and back to Emmetten.
The winter safari includes:
- One overnight stay including hearty breakfast from the buffet
- Three-course evening menu
- House apéro
- 1 "Big-Five" ticket incl. snowshoe rental per guest
- Free hotel shuttle bus in the morning and evening to the valley station of the Emmetten-Stockhütte cable car
