Individual guests are bookings with up to 5 hotel rooms per night. Bookings of more than 5 hotel rooms are considered group bookings and are subject to the cancellation conditions for seminars.
The rebooking or cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. Cancellations at short notice or no-shows will be charged at 100%.
The room reservation is final only with the indication of the postal address of the booker or a valid credit card.
If you have opted for the "non-refundable rate", your credit card will be charged after your reservation. A free of charge cancellation is not possible.
The prices are per guest and night including a hearty breakfast from the buffet until 10 am and free access to the wellness area. The price also includes VAT, taxes, outdoor parking and internet access. Excluding guest tax. Prices are subject to change.
The hotel charges in Swiss francs (CHF). No discounts or rebates are granted.
Check-in from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. - please let us know in advance if you arrive later.
Check out until 11 a.m.
The price for a guaranteed early check in a reserved room is 100 % of the room price. If you like to have a late check-out until 6 p.m. we charge 50% of the room rate.
Breakfast is served daily from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. in our restaurant.
Children up to the age of 5.9 stay with us free of charge. If the arrangement includes half board, this applies to parents and children from 6 to 15.9 years. Younger children are not included and can order directly in the restaurant from our attractive children's menu.
All hotel rooms and public areas are smoke-free. Smoking is only allowed outside the hotel (hotel entrance, terrace).
Dogs are very welcome at the Seeblick Höhenhotel. A dog bed, food- and water bowl (without food) as well as a small surprise are natural for us. For your four-legged friend we charge a supplement of CHF 20 per night.
The Booker shall be liable to the Hotel for damage to the furnishings or inventory and for losses caused by him or his guests. The hotel declines all responsibility for theft and damage to objects, clothing and materials brought along.
Larger amounts of cash can be deposited in the safe at the reception against receipt.
Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Stans.
